He is a former officer from the Army Medical Corps of the Indian Army, a graduate of AFMC, Pune and AIIMS, New Delhi and has seen military action in high-altitude and mountains.
He has vast experience of over 28 years of handling healthcare systems – Handled HR as Director (HR) at DGAFMS Office, carried out research in costing methods in the healthcare industry and has published a study on costing of MBBS students, worked for over a decade in hospital quality systems
He has been Principal Assessor and Faculty for NABH programs, designed and conducted training courses in health & hospital administration, high altitude medicine, designed ‘Experiential Training Program’ for combat medics in a ‘simulated environment’. He has assessed over 70 hospitals attain accreditation/ certification from NABH

The hospital planning & design report provided by AeonMed was comprehensive, included AutoCAD drawings, PDF versions and specifications for every care delivery space including HVAC and medical gas installations. SOPs and operational plans were prepared and provided. Training programs were designed and delivered.
